Crewless is provided as beta software during testing. Features may change as workflows are refined.

Contractor responsibility

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of estimates, invoices, customer messages, taxes, licensing, insurance, and work performed.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Payout timing, disputes, refunds, and compliance requirements are governed by Stripe and the connected Stripe account.

Crewless SMS program

Program name: Crewless.

Crewless may help service businesses send transactional customer communications by SMS. SMS messages are intended for service-related workflows such as lead follow-up, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, job status updates, estimates, invoices, payment reminders, receipts, and customer-service follow-up.

Message frequency varies based on the customer's request, appointment, job, estimate, or invoice activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Crewless does not support unsolicited marketing SMS. If promotional messaging is added in the future, it will require separate customer consent before promotional texts are sent.
