Information Crewless collects

Crewless stores account, customer, lead, job, estimate, invoice, payment status, notification token, and message history data needed to run contractor workflows.

How information is used

Data is used to manage work, send customer communications, process payments, trigger owner notifications, support the app, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.

Third-party service providers

Crewless uses Supabase for app data, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Expo for push notifications, and Twilio for SMS when SMS is enabled. These providers process information only as needed to provide Crewless app functionality.

SMS consent and sharing

Phone numbers and SMS consent collected through Crewless are used for transactional and customer-service communication related to a customer request, estimate, appointment, job update, invoice, payment reminder, receipt, or follow-up from the service business the customer contacted.

Crewless does not sell SMS consent and does not share SMS consent with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies based on the customer request, appointment, job, estimate, or invoice activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help where supported.
